Strategies for Agro-Pastoralists Development (SAPAD) is looking for a dedicated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Community Development Facilitator (CDF).

Key Focus Areas:

• Environmental conservation and natural resource management
• Sustainable agriculture, agro-marketing, and fundraising
• Advocacy, value addition, and indigenous seed promotion

Qualifications:

• Certificate/Diploma in Agriculture, Sustainable Agriculture, Social Work, or related fields
• Experience in advocacy, entrepreneurship, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement
• Valid motorcycle riding license preferred
• Aged between 22–40 years
